This Ordinance classifies substances under special control into several lists to which specific rules apply for their prescription and dispensation, and such lists are frequently updated by Anvisa, through publications of Collegiate Board Resolutions.In addition to staying informed about updates to the Lists of Narcotic, Psychotropic, Precursor and Other Substances under Special Control, of Ordinance SVS/MS nº 344/98, the health professional must pay special attention to the addenda to these lists, as they modify the way some substances are prescribed and dispensed.
